Introduction
Antonida is a barrister at 3PB. Her practice encompasses all areas of property law, family law, and Court of Protection work, but her interests are particularly focused on TOLATA and other cohabitation disputes. In addition to regularly undertaking a variety of trespass and nuisance claims, she often represents both landlords and tenants and advises on all aspects of long, short, and commercial leasehold disputes.
